Why:
Because an Admin hasn't visited this site and updated/added anything in who knows how long. I'm pretty sure only they can add/edit the item database, but they are rarely on.

admins do visit the site from time to time.. just that they don't have enough time to update..
hopefully when they do, new things will be up for all to see =]
