Well. They get you coins. In lower difficulties one per run, and in ult equal to the number of players. Basically you know already, since you got Black Gear. So in that case, that's basically all there is to it.
You can get TP Mats from the roulette too, but that's about it.

I actually landed on Nol twice yesterday..got a Vsk and a Justy, 30% hit and 40% hit respectively.
