The one particular face that has antlers is ok with me but first thing someone said to a hucaseal I saw online was they look like a bug. I thought the comment was rude.

Come to think of it, yes, they do. I guess that's why my HUcaseal has the ninja-girl face. Though really, insulting someone's character design to their face lacks a certain class.

Actually, on second thought, they look more like normal people wearing a fanciful bug-design helmet, not unlike the assorted wolves, dragons, and whatnot in John Boorman*'s Excalibur>

*I think I got that name right...

Grrr, second time I have to defend my favourite class, lol.

Its hard to disapprove or approve your post, because looks are and will always be merely a personal opinion.

Some may absolutely hate the looks, others absolutely adore it.

To stay on topic and give my personal opinion Id say the hucaseal doesnt look more to a bug than all those mini Fonewearls do with their 2 antenas on top of their head.

Besides, my Hucaseal has brains and works with computers, something a bug cant http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/eviltongue.gif

Mini Fonewearls don't have antennae, its a hat stuffed with recycled newspaper/manga from Tokyo.

http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif Clever.

It depends on the head/body choosen really if they do. I know a few that do indeed look very bug like. I know a few HUcasts that look like that too. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_yes.gif

it depends on what head you select..
i know someone who loves the antennas on his hucaseals =)

as for looking like bugs.. it's all in the eyes of the beholder

Bugs huh? Well, it depends. I though the one head looked as if it had speaker's the end of the..um...antenae?....It was kinda cool. This may be the same head that they were talking about. I don't think it looks like a bug.

PS: The "default" HUcaseal head is awesome.

I only like 2 of the HUcaseal head designs...
I like the extremely pointy one, design 3 I think, and the design in my sig.

The default freaks me out, it looks too humane, I also don't like the long haired one, for some reason.

And the bug head (antannaes) is jus' ugly.

hm, thats funny. thats the one HUcaseal head that i dont really like! (the one in Fireals sig) no offense!

i think 1st option (Ibuki's) and 3rd are the best (the other one with hair, if thats the 3rd one).

they would need wings and mandibles and a thorax to really look like a bug though. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif

hm, i need to use my HUcaseal again sometime soon! (ill never find her desired equipment though! http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif)

heres an old crappy pic of her. she looks a bit different now. i need to get some new pics of her.

My friends not wanting a 'chick' character blah blah blah never saw a hucaseal before, so when they saw mine, they were like, WHAT THE HELL, THATS AWESOME! IS THAT A HACK?

I was like, 'No'

I used head 2 or 3, the one with the 3 spikes, a silver body, and proportioned her to be streamlined and spiky as possible.

Personally, the only head I like is number 1 and number 2. And my HUcaseal is very dark, and has number 2 http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I guess the, 'Helmet,' one looks kinda like a bug...

Dont you know it yet Deus http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif

Hucaseals are like a bike, they are an excellent ride, but you need to oil them (give them exercice) very often http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

I for one, will jab my heel into anyones eyesocket if they ever call me a "bug" THEY WILL PRAY FOR RELEASE FROM TORTURE

That aside. I love hucaseals with "antenae" (not antlers, horns, sticks, etc etc) It is one of the least used head formats, hence, makes mine a little more unique aside from the name.
