my brother wants to play this game on his xbox. now my questions are:
1.can i get the xbox live starter kit to just open up an xbox live account and then cancel and still be able to use the xbox live gamer tag to play offline?
2.there's no way he can get a line to up to his room for the live connection. can he still set up the account and still play offline without the cat 5 line?
