Is it worth it to get PSO 1 and 2 plus if you dont have online gameplay available

It certainly is.

The new quests alone would sell me. Plus, it's cheaper than the original PSO (A used copy of the original PSO Ep 1 & 2 was more expensive than a new Plus @_@), and definately cheaper than a BBA/Dial-up.

Three online quests for episode 2-
Seat of the Heart
East Tower
West Tower

And the previously Xbox download-
Central Dome Fire Swirl.

And despite what some might say, Gallons Shop is NOT offline. DAMN YOU SONIC TEAM!!!!!!!!! *Shakes fist*

Please keep in mind that a couple of small changes were made to the West Tower and East Tower quests. The most prominent of these changes was to remove the NPCs responsible for unlocking the "add percentages to weapons" feature of Gallon's.

Also, in the first room of West Tower, they removed the obstacle that previously blocked the user from going on the lower route.

Even though the two towers were added to pso +...
You may have lots of fun playing towers on ultimate alone...watch out for all the merikle maricerol and all those things because they get real annoying...i have to resort to using zonde on them 100 times to kill them cuz i cant get near them http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif
Sure wish ST made quests multi in ep II http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

it would be parially useless, because the s-ranks are online... that kills the major part of the quest!

But it would also be partially useful.
At least some people would be able to use PDs for something.

PDs on what? Gallons shop isn't there, meaning Paganini isn't either.

The Tower quests are great for hunting items that were previously unavailable offline (such as Nei's Claw). Also it makes some drops (like Ultimate Gi-Gue) reasonable.

Read the posts I was referring to.
It was about whether Gallon's Shop would be of any use without being able to add specials to S-Ranks or adding percents.
