Does the Lavis Cannon work in Plus?

Seeing as thoough I stopped hunting for the Lavis Cannon, I wanna know if that untekked special trick works for the PSO plus. Anyone know?

Funny, because it apparently works in PSO:BB, according to Evil Doer and Yuki-Kishi. Then again, I wouldn't really take Evil Doer's word for it...
