PSOBB: mag cell question

i never went looking for holiday rappies and i figured i start looking for one for a mag cell or something else. my questions are:
do they drop the mag cells on normal or does it have to be on hard,v.hard,and ultimate?
also on PSOBB whats the best quest to do on eps.2 to get the most rappies to drop?

Unless they changed it for BB, holiday rappies drop on all difficulties.

Doing the Christmas Quest with fresh characters would be faster for getting Christmas Presents, but you'd need a bit of meseta for wrapping presents with...
Someone online could probably give you more details or lend you a set of presents for you to take to Gallon. Either way, you don't have much time left till they take the event down.
