PSOBB: PC game importers?

Ok, I was counting on a new .exe, but since that's not going to happen now, I need help. Most of the import sites I have looked at either don't sell JP PC games, or they are selling the current Episode 1&2 version. Has anyone found an importer that is on preorder for Blue Burst Episode 4?

Try http://www.ncsx.org They carry the current release of Blue Burst, so I'm sure they'll get episode 4 when it becomes available.

They've got great service, I highly recommend them. I think I'll send them an email soon and ask if they're getting episode 4 for certain though.

You do know that that is a link for Blue Burst only right? Which is a free download for everyone.
