Hey, question. The GC only has two memory card slots. So is it possible to play multiplayer with characters from more than two different memory cards?

Yes it is

First you transfer the first temp char over to Slot A

then you remove the Slot B card and place another card in it and transfer over yet another Temp char

you can use a fourth card as well if you need.

Just make sure you have the right mem card in slot B when transferring back

and make sure you don't remove the cards when it's saving >_>;

*eddited for better detail o.o*

Well I suppose if you were to bring the characters from the second memory card to the temp character files in the first then take out the second and do the same with the third it would work. Do you follow?

i think so too but isn't it dangerous to take out and insert memory cards when the cube is running?

(Haven't tried it yet)

For video games like PSO it is safe to remove mem cards during play ( although not recomended for Slott A )because it basically only saves when starting and quitting.

Just as a note, since this is memery card removal and snapshots:
You can take out slot A offline to take an addition snapshot. So, if you're offline withonly one memory card, and have enough room for a snapshot file, you can take snapshots.

Also, you can transfer one character across, then turn off the GC and switch cards. Then transfer the third character in. Well, I've corrupted too many ties on PSO, so better safe than sorry!

If the card isn't being accessed, you won't corrupt.

Also, do not transfer a character while the character model is loaidng, there's a chance of a disk error while moving data, and you can lose all your items on the transfered character.
