I can help with the Twinkle Star, at least. I'll try to interpret.

When it says Twinkle Star Wand Series Star Amplifier, it means that you need a Star Amplifier. Forces only with at least 670 MST (Self-explanatory) Wand+15 +at least lvl 100 means that your Force must have (A summary of everything here) at least 670 MST, be at least lvl 100, and have a fully grinded Wand to combine with the Star Amplifier (To combine, you equip the wand, than select the Star Amplifier, and choose the "use" option.) What I said for the wand part is true for all of the other basic Wands (and their level and grind variables).

The link to the Star Amplifier Item Findings page is right here (http://www.pso-world.com/items.php?op=viewarticle&artid=600).

DB's sword is a saber or sword, a weapon to use. It's stats are not superb but when using the combo it's pretty nice till you find something better. To combo just equip all three DB's (sword, frame and barrier). The other combos are the custom combo and the delsaber combo. I think that those are all combos. Check the item database for drops.

I think he knew that the DB's wasn't that good. It seems he wants to know if any DB's Sword would work.

Only the 9* Flowen's Sword and DB's Sabers work. The 10* ones don't.

There is no hourly rate, you pay a monthly fee. For US players, it is $8.95 a month.

You can also pay for the entire year which ends up being cheaper and easier to maintain in my own opinion. Unless ST changed that aspect, I suggest using the method for online play.

I currently only play a few games online right now and those are on PS2, simply because they don't require a subscription fee, just your own network connection and self supply of a network adapter. So I'm not entirely sure how everything works for Online connection for the PSO on GC, however, I do know about the yearly payment method.

I don't ever remember having the option to pay for a year. For me, it was always billed monthly.

I believe the pay by the year option is only available in EU PSO. Not entirely sure though.

Speaking of db's saber, does anyone know what it's special attack is? It only has it if it is untekked, but I can't figure out what it does.

The 9* one doesn't have a special. The 9* Flowen's Sword doesn't have a special either.

The Yellowboze 10* Flowen's has Spirit though.

The 9 star db's saber does have a special,if you leave it untekked.

But last I knew, untekked specials will never do anything, except miss enemies.* And as far as I know, they had to leave the ability for the special since there was a special in DC (I think), and every untekked weapon has the same thing (untekked weapons generally always have specials when tekked, with very few exceptions, these 2 weapons being theonly ones I can think of).

* There are some exceptions, such as the Lavis series.
