Is there a way to hook my DC's sound to my sound card's "line in"??? http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

Hmmmm I'm not to sure, but I think that the answer would have to be no. Unless you make it yourself, I don't see it being possible. I don't think that they sell a wire that goes from the dreamcast to an audio imput of a sound card.

If you want to hook up your dreamcast to a sound system, I think the only way is through an receiver or amp.

i kinda figured that, right now i have my DC hooked to my stereo sys, but my Vid Capture card will be here by mail in a few days, and i was gonna hook my DC to my comp with it, ah well....thanks anyway http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Well I don't know that much about computer audio. If there is a sound card that has a RCA type audio imput, then it would be possible to hook up your dreamcast to your PC's audio system.

Yes, you can easily do that. All you need is about $10-$15 and a Radio Shack store.

Pickup the following items:

Two Double Female RCA connectors
One 2 Male RCA to 1 Male headphone jack cord

Put the double female connectors on the audio RCA connector, then connect the 2 male RCA connectors to the female adapters. Then, just plug the headphone connector to your audio in port.

In fact I think that you can buy a wire connection like that already.

the TV tuner card came with a connector that hooks left and right analong cords to my comp's line in
