Alright, so I was looking at two guides for information about making Opa Opa...
Master Mag gallery
Mag cell combinations for Ep1&2
The Master Mag gallery says that to make an Opa Opa, the mag's Mind has to be greater than 100. In the Mag Cell combinations guide, it says that, in order to make Opa Opa, you have to have a Mag that is lvl 100.
I apoligize if this has been asked before, but which requirement is it? (Or is it both that are required?)
