Odd's.

Anyone think the odd's are stacked against me in actually finding a Whitill Card or a Heavens Punisher offline before I hit lv 200? Blue Hawk is lv 160 now and is sticking to mines runs mainly for the S-Reds arms.

If its within friends then you can, but if you dont want them too its a lot easier to get them not to use it...

Well, considering the fact that I have seen only 1 Photon Drop from a Sinow Blue in about 80+ levels and over a dozen from Canabins......

27 PDs from Viridia Canabins here (Viridia Card, same monster and rate as Whitill Card).

PDs are like monomate (well, a bit rarer, but still), just ignore them.

Edit: I do NOT have Viridia Card.

Not really sure, but since the game involves a lot of luck, I think you could find them.

I think you can, I did get a Guld on a Greenill I.D before lvl 200, I'm currently lvl 189, I have only seen 1-2 PD's from a Sinow Red (no Nug http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif ) and about 10 PD's from a Delbiter and no Heaven's Punisher.

I think you can do it. If you're hardcore enough to powerlevel to 200 offline, I think you'll get at least the card for your efforts.
