Item: What is this red box?

Everyone talks about "this red box" but all I get is orange. Are there two different ones or are you all talking about orange ones?

Orange boxes are normal weapons that anything can drop.

Red boxes are rare items/set drops (and Photon Drops).

There is a difference between Orange and Red boxes.

i see your playing the DC version of the game. to answer your question:
a red box is a rare that is found through certain enemies and a certain percentage. to get a more indept view on the topic check the guides.

yea, on v3 there is a HUGE difference between orange and red boxes...

There's a special feeling when you see the red box drop.

Even when you know it's just another Dragon's Slayer, Justy or Photon Drop - it's still special.

It's one of the things ST did - making those rare drops red -that makes this game so damn addicting.
