I am not really sure about this, I am sorry If am spamming here, I don't have enough time to look for it, but is there an English PAL or US verson of Blue Burst and EP4 yet?? and where can I get it

A english/Pal version is schedule to be release around Spring of this year. That is according to ST website.
The only versions that are currently out are the Japanese and Chinese (currently in Beta testing).
