Top banner broken?

Is it just me or is the top banner been broken for a day or 2?

I use fonewearl.jpg which isn't showing up and just makes my browser try to load something for 30 seconds to a minute :/

Mine works fine http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif Will look into this and see if I can find out what's broken. BTW... make sure you are accessing the site using a PlanetDreamcast.com URL (NOT one of the dynamic.gamespy.com ones).
