Question about the maps

I noticed most of the maps you have on the site seem fairly similar. Is there some sort of template you used? I was hoping to make some maps of the government quests (ep2 first, since there is simply not enough quest info/guides to hunt for rares) and wanted to know if someone knew of a good utility besides just using paint or whatever.

Those who made maps, and those who might be able to help give me an idea to make the making a little easier, how do you suggest I go about doing it?

I think Lollipop made the template, it's probably with her, eRUPT and Saladwood, but they've all dissappeared.

I'd just go about using an already used map and trying to edit it from there for now.

But for Blue Burst (you mentioned Government quests), why not just make a screenshot of the whole map?
