Considering Arm went from 15 to 25 (hahaha), let's see here...

Body: 80
Mind: 70
Arm: 25 of course
Legs: 70
Luck: 50 (hahahaha)
Heavenly Technique (if it does exist) would probably be +5 Tech Levels, since it's so good it skips +4 completely (taking after the 15-25 ATA jump).
