I am playing PSOX and I found mt MKB today and just bought my blue-black stone at the online shop. I can't figure out how to combine the two to make the BKB though and an stumped. Please help.

You need a level 100+ hunter with at least 800 ATP.
Also, the item you're changing (in this case, the Monkey King Bar) needs to be max grinded before it can work.

Thank you Mix. I am L165 with 802ATP with everything unequipped was about ready to destroy my tv because nothing was working.

In the guide ( http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=302 ) it did not say to max grind, nor in this other guide:
