What weps have been banned from online??

I was told the Egg Blaster was, but its crap so why??

I don't think the Egg Blaster is banned because I just legally obtained the parts for it like 2 days ago. I'm sure I could make it and use it if I wanted to.

So there aren't any weapons, units, etc. banned, but not banned does not mean it's legitly obtainable -- i.e. Red Ring, Parasitic Gene "Flow" (and dark weapons), Hunter's Shell, Ranger/Hunter/Force Wall, etc.

they are banned, because most of the time they are not officially released.. yet
if not officially out in a quests or such, it means hacking/cheating
but there are some hacks usuable online without being banned

Er, Kef? It's disk 4 and 5 that are banned. Disk 7 is the piano version of the Ep1 ending, and it's rather definitively not banned. XP

Well, it's most a bunch of weird old items from the DC days, as well as a Photon Crystal, which was apparently hacked into existence. o_O

Red Ring can only be gotten through hacking, but it's not banned online.

PC was made by hackers so its probabily better than a PS then...
Also, the Red Ring can online be hack-owned.

Thanks for the list, I know which items to avoid. I want to stay a legit player. Cheaters online, I dont like, but offline cheaters I dont mind because your only cheating yourself...

Photon Crystals have no use yet, so cannot be 'better', except that they sell for more Meseta.
