Hey.........imagine this for a second....

You have 10 exp til your the next level and you just beat the Dragon which gives you way more then enough of exp that you need....

So my question is..Does that extra exp count toward the exp needed to get the next level?

Yes, it passes over.

EXAMPLE: You ahve 10 EXP to Level 10 and then 2500 to level 11, you got 400 means to need 2190 (??) if I added right...to get the next level...

This may be an easier way of looking at it:

You have a counter called your "Total EXP". Each level has a certain value of total EXP that must be reached. The "Til Next Lvl" counter just shows you how much is left before you pass that mark. All EXP is added to your total count, and when you pass the needed value you gain a level.
