Ive looked through all of the stickies and none of them say what to do if this happens.
Operating System: Windows Xp Home SP2
Ive tried installing the support for East Asian languages, it installs but when I try typing something it still comes out as english even if I have japanese selected as the input language, and when it had me add the input language there was no Japanese IME 2002, just Japanese by itself. So when it says to switch to Katakana there is no option to switch to it on my desktop/taskbar.
Then I went to microsofts website and searched japanese IME, it came up with 2 downloads, one for office XP or a patch for windows XP, but the patch for windows xp wont install, and then I tried installing the office xp IME but I dont have office so it wouldnt install. Can someone please help me with this problem. I would be very thankful.
