How many photon drops?

I'm trying to get a Parasite D cell from the guy....
It says 16 PDs, but all I get is addslots and barriers. I've tried 18, and still no good. How many do I need?

I heard that having more PDs can help, so I was wondering what would be a better number of PDs to try. Or should I spend another hour trying with 16 pds? Just bad luck?

Well the maintence is on so guess you should try again till the D cell comes up unless they change it for BB and its maybe 20 http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_mad.gif. Keep trying to see if it finally pops up.

It's 21 for an actual chance of getting it. Just like how the new number for 45 drops is now 50 unless you want to sit there all day. So, ya. ^_^;

But derBauer is right, 45 will never get you Heart Key, Blue-black Stone, Photon Booster, etc. you need at least 46.

As for Parasitic Cell D, I got my 4 at 16 PDs, and rather quickly at that.
I know Tancient is on BB, and that Gallon's Shop underwent some changes from v3 to v4, try 18, 20, etc. =/
