Personally, after using both play-asia and shop.himeya.com I greatly vote for shop.himeya.com

Always ships within 1-2 days of order. Arrives in 1 week. I placed an order with play-asia and shop.himeya on friday, same time. They arrived at the same time, but with play-asia, I had the 1-2 day shipping.

Second time, I placed an order with both on a Wednesday, shop.himeya.com had arrived yesterday, play-asia just barely got around to shipping.
