PSOBB: Help finding alot of luck mats

i was wondering what was the best area that drops luck mats. i remember there was topic about this about a year ago but i forgot what level drops the most luck mats.

Luck mats are the rarest of them. But I've been loading up on tons of mats from Rappies in general. Mostly HP and Pow, oddly enough. But I need the HP, and I can trade the pow for pds. I can't remember how many luck mats I've found that way, though I know I've found a couple.

my luck is currently at 32 so i found my share but i've been in kinda of a dry spell lately as far as finding luck mats.

Luck are pretty rare to find but for HP and TP mats, I usually do the pw quests and then I just spend on my lucky coins on roulette after I saved a lot.

The TTF love subquest is the only questish chance for Luck Materials.
