My Brother has purchased a preowned copy of PSO EP 1&2 & has been happly playing it offline, now he would like to gone online, now when I try to creat an account for him, comes back saying that the serial number & access key have already been actived. So my question is: - is there anyway to gain access to this dorment account, or get another set of serial number & access key

Try contacting Sonic Team and let them know to reset that serial #

Otherwise they should be able to provide you some sort of solution.

i know this sound studip, but do u know the site or a place where i can get a number of the soinc team, cos the 1 i try is in japanese(www.sonicteam.com)

Thank far your help. I've been in cantact with sega & their saying that they can't reset or supplied another serial & key, because it is the gamecube version. The ONLY thing they could suggest was to buy it new, thank again for your help

If you guys would be interested in getting a copy of PSO episode 3, you can use the serial and access key from it with episode 1 and 2 to get online. That way you'd be able to enjoy both games online.

Just a suggestion if you were pondering about getting that game anyway n.n
