FOneweals Using Twinkle Star: Is it the best?

I've wondered if the Twinkle Star is THE best item for a FOnewearl, considering it would bring up the % bonus for basic techs to 50% (30% from class, 20% from TS). Is this lovely wand the true powerhouse equipment for the TP-loaded FOnewearl?

Summit Moon:
30% Basic Techs (Same as the Twinkle Star).
55 MST (Same as Twinkle Star)
45 DFP (Twinkle Star gives none)
650 MST Requirement (20 Less than Twinkle Star's 670 MST)

I'm pretty sure there is next to no difference in casting rate, so it seems that TS is useless next to the SM.

Actually, it isn't. The Summit Moon increases Simple Techs by 30%, and its MST boost is better than the Twinkle Star's. (Can't recall by how much offhand, though..)

So then you'd be much better off finding yourself a magic rock: "Moola" and combining it with a Cane for your FOnewearl's (arguably) best (casting) weapon (for Simple techs, at any rate).

Then don't hunt it as a Redria character? If you have a Greennill, Bluefull, Purplenum or Yellowboze character in Vhard, then just try killing some Pan Arms for an easier one. the drop rate is a mere 1/41.

If you don't.. then I guess it's time for some Addicting Food runs as your Redria, eh?

Cute Factor, the Star has you beat.

Being technichal, The Summit is better. If you are on Ult, Either Green or Purple (forgot who found it) can find Moola Rock from Sinow Blue, a more common enemy than PanArms.

For all it's worth, gov quest 2-3 on Blue Burst has yielded 3 Moolas within 5 runs - 3 on 60 pan arms... Bluefull VH runs, that is. Gotta love Sinow Beat arms.
What quest is the best on GC? Addicting Food?

At original poster: get both and see for yourself. I can't create them yet, being too low on level, but I'm quite sure the Summit Moon is more effective, even if the twinkle Star might (I said MIGHT) grant you a faster casting animation (and look better on you).

Might I suggest VH Greenill Temple as the easiest place to find MR: "moola"? 1/46 drop off a Hildebear (not a 'blue, a bear), so just doing Temple: Alpha runs over and over (especially if you reset the game to only get the north-starting map) will get one pretty fast for an offliner, even. And online, I'm sure there are Ep. 2 quests that spam Hildebears at you...gotta check Tycho's sticky on that.
