Us Chinese players have been wondering if you need to you still need to do the Gov. Quests in hard to unlock Vhard... I've asked around and nobody has a definte answer because Vhard isn't up yet so we aren't sure. I would like to know if I have to drag myself through the quests again before Vhard comes out.
