What is the internet@time ... on your status screen for? Could it be that at a certain time on the internet@time at the status screen tells whether or not a rare might appear or not appear?

No, it's just a time that is not related to timezones.
So when it's 300 beats for you in Ohio, it's also 300 beats for me in France.

It's supposed to be an easy way to make appointements; see what I mean ?
