It originally had a very complex BG of a fashion show with people gathered around the catwalk she was walking on and such; I got rid of that. <_<

Done in Photoshop, it took about an hour.~

EDIT: I'm mostly interested in heavy critique of the anatomy here (except the hair <_<), because that's what I worked the most on. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif

its not bad, but the hands look funny and the left breast looks wierd. it doesnt seem to be in proportion, or i dunno maybe its me. the collarbones are a bit high. nice coloring tho, and the rest is done well.

Shoulders are a tad too wide (but not by alot). I suppose you could play it off as her having puffy shoulder pads underneath the jacket. Overall, I'd say you did a fabulous job on the body. My only real complaint being that one of the model's breasts seems to be alot smaller than the other. I have yet to see or hear of a supermodel that has one breast drastically smaller than the other. The hands show very little attention to detail, but since they do not seem to be the focus of the picture, I'll just assume you threw those on rather quickly without aiming too hard for proportionality. Something that should have stood out to you while creating this is the fact that the model's thumbs seem to be the longest fingers on not just one, but both of the hands. Was this done or purpose or am I missing something like her clutching her fingers into a fist or something? Also, what is up with the very thick pinky finger on the model's right hand (rather, the hand on the left side of the picture)?

Okay, I'm just going to go right out and say it; everything above the neckline needs to be redone. It's almost as if you drew two seperate pictures - one of the neck, head and hair, and then one of everything else - and just stuck the two together at the end.

The head is far too small (making the shoulders seem not a "tad" too wide, but immensely wide instead). The size of the head also makes the body's proportions seem large, when in fact, most of them are very nicely done (again, you did a great job on the body's overall design). Place something (draw a black box, cut out a piece of paper, etc., whatever) over the head of your drawing and you should immediately notice upon the comparison of the two versions that the head just doesn't fit in the picture. To further dwelve into the anotomy of the head, the entire face ends at about 1/2 the height of the head (not counting hair). Go to the mirror. Is more then half your face made entirely of forehead? Most people would say no. Move those eyes up some more, or get rid of some forehead space. The model's neck seems to be a bit on the long side, only adding to my complaint that the head seems too out of place (or in this case, out there in space). One more thing in regards to the out-place head: I think you need to work on the perspective of the headphones a little bit more. The model's head seems to be turned slightly to her right, yet the headphones give the feeling that they are on a face that is facing almost straight ahead (not immediately noticable, but by the time I finished writing this, the headphones started sticking out more and more).

Sorry if any of this comes out too harshly, but in all fairness, you did ask for it. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif

I was taught for heads that the eye line (like intersecting where the eyes go) is pretty much 1/2 way down the head, (this considering the person is bald.) The nose is 1/2 way between the chin and eye level and the mouth is a third between the nose and chin. This way it gives you alot of hair room to look semi humany. Though what i state is a rule of thumb, since some folks have long noses or big eyes ...etc.

Ignoging the Hair... >->

As everyone said, the chest has 2 different chest sizes. Something about her pose doesn't feel right. She is walking at us at 45 degree turn (so some of her side is showing.) yet her arms feel at perfect straight http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif At this specific turn, you need to consider foreshortening. the further arm should be smaller in comparrison to the other arm, at the angle her chest is. (though is prehaps why her brests are so clashing?)

Another thing to look at is the legs, They hardly have any depth in them. If you would look at your leg you can tell the leg does a bigger curve on the back. since right now it looks like sticky legs, with a hump. The way she is walking/standing? she doesn't seem to have a good grip on the earth. (maybe because you caught her with her toe semi in the air?)

Ah, thats about it. You are on the right track, with some knacking you'll be able to get this quite lovely http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

lurvly art, fo. ;o

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v106/Sarunakai/foartrape.gif

A. Your girly

B. Your girlies body

C. My attempt to tweak your girlies body into place

What I've done is taken the image and outlined my estimates towards how shes shaped underneath le clothes. It makes a few things more pronounced,

- The right hip is bumpy, and I'm not exaggerating. Look at where the leg enters the mini skirt and look how her hip is positioned in the colored pic, you'll see what I'm getting at.

- The right knee is a bit disfigured as well, or perhaps its just me.

- Left leg is also le bumpy, looking at her calf and how it disfigures inside the shoe.

- The shoe itself probably shouldnt share the same outline as the body, as it is generally not skintight.

- Le supermodel's hip is out of place, for the sake of people not bursting into laughter I decided not to place her privates that high up. You can thank me later http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

- The ruffles on her legs also add a bit of distortion to it, I find that its better to draw the outline like this first, then add clothes and details. It may take longer, but at least to get your anatomy right http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

- Your supermodel probably shouldnt be that round around the abdomen, seriously.

- One breast is large and at a funky angle while the other is higher up and much smaller than the first. I think this mainly comes from the angle, but the black line on the smaller breast really just should be removed so that its doesnt look this way.

- I hope your not admiring marvel comics women with their square shoulders, cuz damn. To all of you who say its the jacket, shut your trap, and look at her neck. The collar bones are high up enough that the shoulders have to be that high and square-ish

- The hands are basically disfigured paws with thumbs, not sure where you're going with that style, so i didnt even bother with the hands myself.

- The head itself is pretty much fine, the neck just needed to be adjusted a little to fit its titled position.

Now I'm no professional at this stuff, but thats what I see, and you asked for what I saw so there ya go.

Sorry for raping your piccie fo, keep up the good work and dont rush it so much. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_yes.gif

ok.. try to improve the symmetry
the body can be balanced out a bit more..
for example: eye, shoulder, breast & hip <.<

Paws http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif About the hands: I had them erased weird when I did the 'inking' in Photoshop, and I just overlooked it. x_x

What makes you think I rushed? http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif
I worked very hard, and I never rush drawings that I liked as much as this one. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif
Though, I guess it's not as good as I thought. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif

Hmm.. I guess its that I just take a lot longer to complete my pics, and it occurs to me that these mistakes can easily be fixed, so why they werent is kinda beyond me http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif
