You have to do certain quests to unlock it.
I have unlocked it.
The quest allows you to convert enemy parts into weps etc, right??
Well, currently I have a Delsabers Left Arm that I want to convert. Yes, I have it in my inventory and yes I have started the quest. You talk to Dr Montague and he does it, however, when I talk to him it says something about Elenor.
What do I do?? - Do I have to finish the quest first or something??
