Finding Heart Of Poumn

Can someone please give me a rough estimate as to what level i should start finding a heart of poumn and in which pack?

You had a good chance of getting it during the card festival if you had played online. Really if you wanted a chance at it I'd say play alot of story mode offline and you might have some success at it.

Your best chance for finding it was about three months ago.

If you play online, you may have a chance of seeing it once you get past level 50. For offline, I would say level 100.

There will probably be another festival at some point, but I doubt it will be in the near future.

I was told by someone that after he got his vip card online he went offline and used it and got all the cards... Is it true?

As Skorp said, no. A VIP card gives you a chance at an auction.
