Could you offer a few details on how such a league would work?

Teams of minimum 5 max 7(the 5th-7th members are subs)would sign up at beginning of league the league will take place over multiple months, with a weekly challenge mode challenge in which the team have all week to practice and the on the day of the match the fastest time wins.
Example match: team with fastest time on C1 Ep1 using 2 rangers and to forces

While this is an interesting idea, it has a couple of problems.

1. The time a team achieves is going to be dependent on a large number of random factors (monster spawns, weapons, items, etc). As a consequence, the final time will not be a good measurement for this kind of competition.

2. You are talking about holding this event over several months, but the truth of the matter is that it will be extremely hard to hold the league together that long. The GC population is currently decreasing and only a small subset of the remaining people actually enjoy challenge mode. It can be hard enough as is to find a challenge mode team.
