Windmill +102 ??

Hi everyone, someone gave me a Windmill Wand for my Force, it's colour is red and it has a +102 grind on it but the MST stats for my Lv 99 character is a reasonable 981. Is this weapon hacked because the Weapon database on this site says it can only be ground by 9 I think it was.

Incidentally, Ive seen discussion on this and thought you might like to know that I've been playing for two months using the 99 Photon trick to get fluids, carrying over 10 on me at all times etc and found almost no rares at all. The other night someone helped me realise it was classed as a cheat, I stopped doing it and now find Rares every game.

It's a s-rank windmill (http://www.pso-world.com/items.php?op=viewarticle&artid=971) from episode 2 challenge mode, chances are it's a dupe but it isn't a hack.

Unless it's max grind is below 102, I don't know if it is/isn't

OK thanks. I've tried a google and for the most part it says max grind is unknown so maybe it can be really high, don't know if it really affects it's power or not.

S-Rank weapons can grind up to 250, IIRC.
