New Member having Problems

I'm posting on behalf of our newest user, ChaosCloud. He IMd me saying that he tries to log onto PSOW, but it will not accept his password, and gives him the 'invalid login' screen. Any words of advice for him from users would be a bit of a help, as I don't know what the deal is.
