How do I delete a character from my profile?

Like say if I recreated the character, how would I get rid of the old character?

by recreating over it, thats the only way, unless you want to trash your character data and lose them all http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

If by "profile" you mean your profile here on PSOWorld, there's a "Delete (character name)" link. It's not a button like the "Save (character name)" button, but it's on the same level, vertically, on the left side.
