Installing PSO-PC [Archive]

Hi all. I installed a copy of PSO PC on a relative's computer and ran it no problem. When trying to install it on my computer, it won't work. It gives me a 1607 error. Any suggestions?

Check your settings probably.

Ah, I did. I even went to the InstallShield website to research the error a bit. I did every solution they had, I was hoping that maybe it was something someone else had come across, and had the solution to.

The only thing I can think of is e-mailing Sega PSO for questions. I got my answers from them.
