which monster drops a yamoto?

ive been killin monsters in vh forest for days now and i still cant find a yamoto......which monster drops them?

Dragon Hard or Vhard. I think it depends on your color ID.

Which way do you think would be easier to get a Yamato for a Redria:
-killing Very Hard Dragon tons of times
-doing East/West Tower and killing tons of Mericarols
