If you have plus version do Central Dome Fire Swirl
If you don't, do Soul of a Blacksmith

Do only the 1st half of forest 1 in Heat Sword and repeat. You fight like 33 very fast compared to doing all of forest 1 and fighting 10 more. I was doing all of forest 1 for a while but realized this was faster.

Yes, you unlock it in Plus bu completing all the other Episode 1 quests.
