Do the MERGES that increase the simple and normal type techs (Barta, RaBarta etc.) have any DFP and EVP?

Press and hold Control + F; then type "Merge" in the box to quickly go to all the merges.

Yes, Ive checked this before its just that some like Rabarta, Rafoie MERGE have EVP, resistences increase written in yet Razonde, barta MERGE doesnt have anything there, has it not been added or do some have EVP, DFP and some have nothing?
