I want to know what your most creative character's name from PSO.The person who posts after this will rate the names above it while listing their own characters names. Thus, everyones characters names will be rated. I usually give my characters a sir name. I'll list mine first.

I hardly use orignal names. Last name I "made up" was Mauri, but it eneded up being a popular Finnish name. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif I feel that using names that somewhat already exist, but aren;t OBVIOUS from where you got them, and they hold some meaning, they would be good to use. Only exception to this, for me, was my RAmarl Joanna Dark, who was supposed to be a joke charcter that ended up to be Lv 153.

I usually steal names of characters from games I like:

Tingle - Errors upon names, meant Chinkulu (Chincle) but ended up with Tingle.
Usada Monobario (the last name is not part of the ID naming) Monbario came from "Rose of Pink"
Bobble - Bust a Move
Twinkle c. - Remake for Tingle's errored name to error again!

Lina - Reference to my aunt Lena.
Scarlet Tear - Cry Blood will ya? I wanted something Red and angst.
Marianna - Maria (ala Ave Maria) but Maria gave me a bad ID i think, so i added Anna for good flavor.
Minoru - Obsess Minoru of Chobits.

Orion - .78. Nah i like the name Orion, its also a Bomberman 64 Villian.
Zuruniii - Wanted Zuluni, but somehow ended with that. Zuluni kul de sanama is sorta arabicish for, "I want to see you again." Or something.
Nokame(ko) - Penname for DeviantArt, and MSN sometimes too. Wanted him to be human and not a buzzard/Koopa. Hisname is a double name. No-Kame is a way to make out "My turtle" in japanese. while Noko (No remove Kame and add KO) is the Japanese name of a Koopa Troopa. So combine the two... Nokameko.

i already got myself trying to figure out a name for 10 minutes, waiting for something to magically pop up on the screen.
I hate naming my characters...

Anyway, my first character was named... Rain! Rain ahs been my nickname since well, 1996.. it's a short version of "Night Storm", my old BBS nickname...

That character died, so i created Evil_Rain (you see, i was pissed since i lost my character).. Both were HUmars..

since them, i started naming my characters after anime characters... on PSO:

Tomoe (named after a anime character - i don't pick main characters when naming).
Saiba-Arashi (Saiba is how jp people say cyber.. Arashi means Rain - none the less, the character is a HUcast)
XAN (Racast... remember XAN from Unreal Tournament? The badass bot?)
Kei (not really sure from where.. but i think it's also anime-related)

When I started playing, I made a HUcast called Decapitator. (redria), after a while I deleted him, so my bro made a HUney called the same name >_< Not for me to say, but not a very 'HUney' name... Other than that, im not original wit character names, my most original was either:
IyanaArienal- old FOnewearl, corrupted (from WH40K, Eldar Spiritseer)

and
Cython (meaning something like magic caster, from the warhammer high elves army book)

ERI - Eh. The caps are for PURPLENUM. I used to know someone who went by Eri, but I wasn't thinking of her at the time.

Munchking - For HUmar. I hate HUmar. It's not just a munchkin, it's a munchKING! Oh no, run away.

Mini-Pot - Pot stands for potion. When you're too poor to afford potions, you find my other healer. :3

That's all that I can think of for now. The only thing I can't stand is Japanese names. There are way too many xXxkawaiigokusaijinnekoxXx. And you have 500 kenshin's arguing who is the bigger nub. :/
