*sigh*

Go to a site like this (http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/) one. Sign up for an account, and then upload your sig to it.

The address (assuming you use that service) will be something like this http://members.lycos.co.uk/username/picturename.jpg

Goto your account (at pso-world) and in the signiture part put

<center>
http://members.lycos.co.uk/username/picturename.jpg
</center>

EDIT: it would help if I gave the correct link.

Close...

However, geocities doesn't allow outside linking...

(which means it just shows up as a red x for me). I heard if you rename the file to .txt instead of .jpg, that can work, but I haven't actually tried it myself.

That's because geocities doesn't allow outside linking of files.

Which means that you can either try what I said above, or you can use the site which I gave in my first reply - they do allow outside linking.

If you want to see your sig, what you can do is copy the address of it (right click the picture, click properties, and copy the address) and paste that into a browser and hit enter. You will be able to see your sig until your cache resets. But nobody else will be able to see it.
