Scientists in Britain have been conducting serious research to try and discover the most wince and cringe inducing experience in the world.
In short, they are looking for the Worst Thing In The World!
They borrowed students from various low-profile Universities around the country, and subjected them to various experiments.
Rabbits were glued into racks and nodes inserted into their spines to measure the cringe resulting from seeing the experiments.
The students were subjected to having their front teeth snapped in half with a pair of nail-clippers, and having their big toes bent back and the tendon bit cut with a Stanley knife.
But the experiment which got the best result, was when Prof. Harry Tosspot drew a sheet of A4 paper across a student's bell-end, resulting in a 2cm wide paper cut.
"The results were outstanding!" he said, "Rabbits which previously registered only 3 on the cringeometer suddenly sent the needle flying to 9!". It was recorded that some Rabbits cringed so hard they broke their own backs when seeing the resultant scar on the student's Herman Gelmet.
