I have a modem for the GC what else do I need?

I was wondering what I would need to get online. I have basic dial-up internet with earthlink, and I can take care of the hunters license no problem. So do I need an ethernet cable or what? so if anyone can help me I would be very greatful.

you don't need anything else (except for maybe a phone line to go from the GC modem to the phone jack in the wall.) You will need to go into Network Options and enter your username and password. After that, you should be good to go. To test it out I suggest getting your HL online through the WEBSITE option on PSO to make sure it connects ok.
