Just got something called a PHOTON DROP. THe word is in yellow. Is this something that makes your mag pet change?

Its a rare item you can trade in for items and such, goto the quest guides and its called Gallon's Shop.

Photon Drops can be used for exchanging with a guy named Paganigi who gives you an item in return. The more you have, the better the item.
