why is it the my demotlition comet does more damage than my meteor cudgel and my meteor cudgel has more power and stat bonus are exactly the same

Have you checked the percents? If the Demo has percents in the area you are testing it in it will do more damage. Also if it has hit percents it will hit more often and do more total damage.

Is that with shifta or without? I know some weapons deal more damage than others with shifta(When both have shifta, I believe comet does more)

Nah, what Saiff said. With level 30 Shifta DC is still stronger than MC. Demolition Comet has higher ATP on average.

But do keep in mind that the HARD shot of the Meteor Cudgel is higher, so a char with very high luck would prefer the cudgel.

Speaking of the demolition comet. How does one keep it sticking out, instead of folding back up. Im on the XBOX. I just wanna look at it exposed while im running.

It's a server side glitch. You'll see your friends' Demos stick out, but they won;t see it.

And vise verse.
