It's unbelievably rare, as in, you cannot get it legitimately.

To add onto tact, it has a drop chance on Olga Flow on ultimate for all section IDs, but the drop rate is set to 0% meaning it will never drop. Ever, despite what your brother's friend's cousin's dog found

You get it from Olga Flow hence the name Parasitic Gene "Flow". The drop for Flow is 1/65 I believe but..ST has not release the drop for Flow or Flaz so the item is impossible to get till ST decide to release it.

What ever you heard online about it being a 0.0001 drop is a lie because ST would make a announcement if they were releasing such a item.
