PSO:BB JP version... Where do I get it?

Looking at the guides is doesn't look very hard to set up but the links in the guide are dead : I really want to play again but GC version is to over run with hackers and no one plays xbox any more. Oh and PC games own all http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Do you have to pay monthly for it? If so how? The whole I dont speak japanese and I use US dollar while they use Yen or whatever seems like it would be a bit of a problem...

Oh and serverside saves right? If I have most of PSO memorized and the GC version right next to me to check if needed I should be fine playing JP version right?

Do I get 15 day trial or do I have to buy an HL now? I'm getting a No908 error when I try to connect now... Are the servers really under maintence? I forwarded the needed ports...

Why go through all the hassle of getting the JP version set up and play BB in Japanese, when the US version is just a couple months away?

I dont want to wait a couple months... Its all set up but it wont work. I DLed a new version (1.3) but it still wont work...
