C-Mode Pals Needed

I need people to help me in C-Mode, cause most Eng. players just AR their S-Ranks nowadays... i want a legit one, but the JPN players dont join foreigner matches :-

Join in their games then if you can, and simple say "mind if i join?"

most japanese players dont mind if you join their game if you ask politely and greet then when you do. i've had alot of expereince in playign with them, and they are very nice and quite enjoyable to play with. i've only encountered a couple players that preffered JP only. you'll have superb times if you od manage to play with them. some of those people are cmode freaks. they know exactly where enemies can or will spawn and will be on top of them before they can move.
