Ok I made a Hunewearl the other day and I was Wondering what should my Mag stats be and What materials should I give her for best results?

5/135/60/0 Mag until level 150+
Use materials according to Max Stat plans if you plan on getting her passed 150-170.
Otherwise, just use Def/Pow mats.

Is it important to max her out on mats? I mean to get her maxed at lvl 200?

Also My friend has a Heart of Poumn for her, is that a Good weapon?

It's a good weapon, or at least I like it. Some people dislike Claw type weapons due to disadvantages in animation and strength, but Poumn has an interesting stat boost (boosting all stats [aside from ATP/ATA] by a minimal amount). It'll probably be good up to Ultimate Forest.

heart of poumn is a very nice weapon, 2nd strongest claw. You should focus on ATP to make up for the HUnewearls low ATP growth rate. Also, your gonna need ATA. I'd recommend hunting some God/Arms for that.
